If you need support from Yola please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
The Yola account I can find by searching for your domain name is not associated with the e-mail address email@example.com, but with firstname.lastname@example.org. For this account, you used to have a Yola Silver hosting package and a custom domain subscription, but Silver expired in August and the domain did in June 2014. We tried to auto-bill your subscriptions, but our billing attempts failed. So we sent you notifications to show you how to manually renew your subscriptions.
However, as your Yola Silver subscription wasn't renewed, your account was downgraded to a Yola Free account. Once this happens, you'll need to make sure that your account complies with the limits of Yola Free. With Yola Free, you can only have two websites per account. That's why all your sites have been disabled.
Now you've got two options: Either you delete sites in order to comply with the two-site limit of a Yola Free account. Once done, you'll be able to publish your remaining sites to a yolasite subdomain again. Or you renew your Yola Silver subscription which allows you to have 25 sites per account.
The account registered under email@example.com is also a Yola Free account and has one website which is up and running under a yolasite subdomain.
