My home page this morning is a mess!

I've had a Yola site for many years, my home/index page has pretty much looked the same for at least two year.  This morning I went there for to change something minor and all the columns are all over the place.

What displays in my sitebuilder, does not show up when it's published.  Just under my main block of text I have three columns.  The right hand side/column drops under the middle.  It looks  awful.

It should look like this (roughly).  I've played with the margins etc, taken out the images, and still no joy.

Any help would be great.  Thanks in advance.

My site won't come up at all. Everyone at Yola is on a holiday, so there are no answers.  Bummer.
Try logging on with a different computer or restart your computer.  All of my materials are in order at the editing site, but my website doesn't get recognized.  I've had it for two years.

My site still is being affected 24 hours on.  I was under the impression Yola Silver users would have "premium support" ... No email reply, no forum reply.  Disappointing.

Additional errors I've noticed.
- When I publish, the box that pops up telling you that it's published is different.  Instead it's the one that someone without a domain URL would receive.
- There is no way any text or widgets can be dropped into the right hand side of a double column widget.
- By deleting empty widgets, sitebuilder then randomly deletes other boxes and text from the same page in different places.
- When I refresh the page, sitebuilder saves all the changes that it made on it's own, even when I click on do not save.
- Top right of my index page there is a random "A-" floating just between the background and side boarder of the page.

Hope to hear from someone soon.

I've sent several emails over 5 days and all I've received back is a one sentence answer saying that things appear fine.  Which they aren't.

Could someone please let me know that this is being looked into?  I've crazy index page, can't move things around without sitebuilder deleting other widgets, I'm loosing work and potentially new clients.

Hopefully someone will let me know they're addressing this soon.

We received your reply by email, and I have also added a comment to your email case and advised the engineers that the problem is still occurring.  We'll continue to work with you by email on updates.

Dear Jen

I'm still awaiting a response from your engineers.  I've written several reply emails asking what is happening and I've heard nothing back.  Could you, or someone please give me an update?  It's been almost two weeks since this issue on my business index page and still nothing has been done.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards
