I created i would say about 25 links on my site and plan to end up with over 100 probably. I had them all working and tested. They are all broken now? Anyone else having this problem. I spent hours doing this and i have no idea what happened. They are all internal links to different pages on the site. The broken links all act as links still but show a blank white page and this message "404. Sorry, we can't seem to find that page, click here to return to the homepage" The links are just text within a text box that is in a custom panel.  I have just been set back at least a full day now. I just went back and relinked one of the links and it worked fine when published but I dont want to continue and have the same thing happen again. Please help me so i dont waste my time. - Paul

There seems to be a problem with the urls
This one works

Your footer has a different url.
http://www.wiserlawn.com/free-estimate.php

I would check your navigation page to ensure the correct url is displayed.

Will that be the cause of all the links switching to external from how they were set up which was as internal?

Links should only switch to changes you made ie "name change"

Update to this. As im going thru and looking at the links they have all been switched to external links. I set them up as internal links referencing the "page on this site" drop down list to connect each and now most if not all are set up as external links to the same page but as external. Im 100% sure i connected them as internal. Why would this happen or how? Is it linkly to happen again?

Hello Paul,

Peter is correct that when you change the name of a page, you need to update your link so that it reflects the new page name.

Here are the steps for changing a text link on your site:
  1. Highlight the link text.
  2. Click on the "Link" button on the Text Editing Toolbar.
  3. The Link Editor dialog box will open up.
  4. Add the new URL, email address, page, or file URL for the link.
  5. Click OK
I'm not sure what you mean by external and internal links.  Could you give me an example of a page and which link you mean?

Thanks for your help!
