My site won't load

My site wont load. I've published it many times, but nothing works.

I just accessed it, without the dash in the name, by accident and it worked. Maybe you've published with the wrong spelling? (the site I reached was headed Bobby Flay)

Hi Joseph,

I can confirm your domain name is and it is suspended because your domain registration has not been verified as is required by ICANN. You can read more about that here.

I have re-sent the verification email again to the email address associated with your domain. If you are unable to access that email please contact us direct at so we can assist you further.

Could you send that email again. I checked my domain info and the email was outdated

If you need to update your domain information, you can do so by following these steps:
  1. Log in to your My Yola account and click on Domains.
  2. Next to the domain for which you wish to update the details, click Advanced settings.
  3. Make sure you have selected the correct domain from the drop-down list on the right-hand side and click on Edit your domain registration info.
  4. Edit your details and click on Update details.

When you do this, another verification email will be sent to you and you will need to go through the verification process again. This needs to be done within 15 days or your domain will be suspended again.
