My website is not working, For over a month! NO RESPONSE FROM YOLA. HELP!


My website is not working, I have my email with someone else and noticed that I wasn't receiving anything. I tried contacting support and have heard nothing. It is the Christmas holidays and clients are calling and saying that they are unable to view my site. It's now been 5 weeks and I am unable to resolve this issue. I tried to fix it myself but when I go to the backend area with my domain it goes blank and says "uh-oh we are experiencing issues, we are working on them and will be back up shortly." 5 weeks is not short. Please help me. I just paid for this service and am very frustrated.

They had a problem with the support tickets a while ago. Try sending an email to support@yola.com
I get responses from this address. Good luck

Hi Chris,

We do not have any support inquiries from your forum email address or
the one associated with the account of that domain. Were you using this form to reach us?

If you are referring to the domain associated with your custom email address, I see that domain does not have DNS records set which we can help you with. Can you confirm both the domain you are referring to and that you want it set to Yola's DNS records which will enable your website to be published with Yola?

Hi Chris,

I did locate the support request associated with that email address but it's from today, not a month ago and as it's not the email associated with your account, your support representative was following the proper steps to verify your account ownership.

I am happy to investigate any earlier messages you may have sent if you can reply with the email address you used at that time.

it is makelifesweet.ca and yes. this is my third year with yola...I don't have access to my email addresses at the moment because the site is down and google mail cannot "see" the nameserver

Thank you. I reset your DNS records and your site is back online here: http://www.makelifesweet.ca/ You may need to clear your cache in order to see it. Also domain records can take some time to propagate but it appeared for me and my team instantly.
