If you need support from Yola please contact us via email@example.com or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
i added the background last night on my computer at home - it looked great. Now when I go to my yola site, the background is not there. When I open backgrounds from the drop down menu, i says it's there. When I go into my photos to double check, I have a big red X where my image used to be?
I believe that I am working with you via email as well. I took a look at your images and they have a CMYK color mode attached to them - which is not web friendly. You should be able to set your color mode to RGB-16bit and you will then be able to upload them and view them on your site. An easy way to do this is instead of just selecting "save", choose "save for web" in Photoshop. The image will then be automatically saved in the correct format.
