My Bronze subscription has expired. When I m trying to renew it (through https://payments.yola.com) the browser shows me a message "The connection has timed out" "The server at payments.yola.com is taking too long to respond."
Please help.

Hello George

Are you literally using the URL you posted above? I'm afraid that this won't work. Please follow these steps instead:
  1. Log into your Yola account and make sure you are in your My Yola area.

  2. Hover over your e-mail address displayed in the top blue menu bar and click on the "Account Status" option.

  3. On your Account information page, click on "Renew" next to your "Yola Bronze" hosting package information, and follow the further steps you'll be prompted through.

If this shouldn't work, please let me know and give me as much detail as possible. Thanks.

Hello Stefan

The problem is that I cannot access the My Yola area.
The message that I wrote above appears when I am trying to access My Yola area.
I still have access to all the rest areas (make changes and publish the website).

When I press the My Yola button I receive the message

Thanks.

Hi George

I see. I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem. When I access your Yola account via our system, I'm able to open both your website and your My Yola area.

Let's try to exclude the general things that could cause this problem. Can you please clear cache and cookies of your browser?

If that doesn't help, could you please try a different browser and/or on a different computer? Please keep me updated, and I'm sure we'll be able to solve this problem.

The problem solved by connecting the pc directly to the router.
Before it was connected to computer through HUB.

Thank you.
