Hello saraiva.jpn,

I have checked both your domains, and I can see that they were transferred to WebLX on the 6 March. As a result neither are pointing to Yola, and this is why your sites are no longer online.

If you would like your sites to be available online, you will need to point your domains' A records to 184.72.229.176 by following the steps in this tutorial: Publish to a domain you already own. WebLX should be able to assist you with this as they now manage your domains.

Hi Jackie,

The website www.inezborges-ux.com is working fine, but I'm still having problems with two of the websites:

www.portosurfcamp.com and www.oportocamps.com

I want both domains to point to one of my pages at Yola. I allready changed DNS two days ago, but when I try to add the domains at Yola, keeps saying that they are not pointing to Yola. In fact if you try to enter the websites, they work, but the domain that appears is http://oportocamps.yolasite.com/

Give me your feedback about this, so that we can resolve this problem asap.

Thanks.

João

Hi João,

I have looked up your domains' DNS, and all three only have one A record each pointing to Yola. It is the www A record that is pointed. You can check this for yourself by using this third party DNS look up: http://www.kloth.net/services/dig.php

If you type "portosurfcamp.com" into the Domain field, and click "Look it up", you will see that the A record is not pointed. If you type "www.portosurfcamp.com" you will see that it is pointed to 184.72.229.176.

The same is for your other domains.

Please make sure you have two A records set up. If you would like your domain to work correctly with the "www" prefix you need to make sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix. For this you need to set up two A records:

- Some domain registrars require one A record with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www".
- Other domain registrars allow you to create one hostname called "domain.com" and another "www" (replace "domain" with your own address).
- Both should point to our IP address: 184.72.229.176.

I hope this helps!
