Hello Vanessa

I've sent 2 test messages through your contact form on www.trulyscrumptiouslondon.co.uk/cont.... I was shown this success message:

Please check your e-mail account for my test messages, also Junkmail and Spam folders. If you didn't get them, please let me know.

A possible reason why people get that error message is that they forget to fill in the Captcha box at the bottom of the form. I get the error message you reported when I don't fill in the Captcha box:

You can disable the Captcha box under your form settings (click on "Edit" on the Form Widget in your Sitebuilder" and delete the Captcha Box by clicking on the red X). Then you could try again and see if this works. The Captcha box is supposed to protect you from spam and automatic programmes that abuse you form to send you spam or other undesired e-mails.

Please keep us updated if the issue should persist.

Ok, but please remember that the Captcha box is there to protect you from spam, so it's actually recommendable to keep it. You can point out to your visitors to use it by adding a short explanation within or outside the Contact Form (using Text Widgets).
