A possible reason why people get that error message is that they forget to fill in the Captcha box at the bottom of the form. I get the error message you reported when I don't fill in the Captcha box:
You can disable the Captcha box under your form settings (click on "Edit" on the Form Widget in your Sitebuilder" and delete the Captcha Box by clicking on the red X). Then you could try again and see if this works. The Captcha box is supposed to protect you from spam and automatic programmes that abuse you form to send you spam or other undesired e-mails.
