One of my clients has editted her website. Just a simple text change. But after she published the site, the design has completely gone and there is a mobile phone on the left, not just in the editting mode but in real as well.

I don't know how to change it back to help her. Please help!

From your description it sounds as if there has been a style switch to one called "Applified" which includes the mobile phone as part of the style. If your client switches back to whatever style she had before all the style settings will return. Do you remember which style she was using or can you describe what it looked like?

Thanks for your reply. She used a style I made myself on the basis of a Yola design. Does that mean it needs to be reinvented? I hope not...

Hello tureluur66

Do you still remember the name of the Style or can you describe what it looked like? Yola doesn't save earlier stages of a website, so we'd need to know which Style it was in order to revert to that Style. The settings you made should still be there, so I hope it will look like it used to be once we manage to find the original Style Template.

You can see it in the Google cache: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com...

I think the style is called Ghost, but I cannot find it back...

Hi tureluu66,

That's a Premium Style called Textured Transparency. To change it back select the "Style" tab and search for Textured Transparency or look for it in the Premium Style section. Your background and header selections will be reverted when you select the style, save and publish your changes.
