My domain is still locked despite "unlocking" it and I can't transfer it

I'm in the process of transferring my domain away from Yola. I unchecked the Lock box, clicked Apply Changes, got the Authorization Code.....but the other registrar says that the domain is STILL LOCKED!

Can someone please check out my account back-end and really UNLOCK it so I can complete the transfer?

Hi Stephanie,

Your domain was already unlocked, however you still had domain privacy enabled which may have been what your registrar was referring to. I removed privacy and you should now be able to proceed. Please let me know if you have any further issues with your transfer.
