Hello Jordan

Thanks for providing your URL and the info about the e-mail service you want to use. Did you follow the steps of our tutorial Setting up your e-mail with Windows Live?

Where exactly does the problem occur? Do you get an error message? Please provide more details for us to check what's going on. Thanks.

Hello, Stefan.

I followed the steps and it accepted it saying its updated but there's nothing that shows up in the box. Not actually sure why its not accepting it. It validates saying the email record has updated, but isn't showing up.

Hello Jordan

As a GBBO user, your .co.uk domain is not managed by us, but by another domain registrar from where your domain is pointed to your Yola website.

If you want to set up Windows Live for an externally managed domain, you will need to set it up with that domain registrar. Your registrar's name is Cloudflare. Please contact their support for help on this matter.

Ahh, I didn't realize cause its the DNS that point to cloudflare.

Thank you for your help, though.
