my email is not working to log onto my site, I haven't got a response to my support questions Help!!!!!!

Hi Mechille,

I do not see an account associated with the email address you used on this forum. Without your account email, I can't check the progress of your support request. DId you use a different email address to create your Yola account?

I emailed yola help over 24 hours ago and still waiting for a reply.

My mailbox was set up yesterday:
I paid 9.96 fee but mail is still not being routed to my mailbox from my contacts page from my website any help?

Hello William

When I check your My Yola area, your Yola Mail mailbox displays fine for me and clicking on the "Check inbox" button takes me to the webmail login page as designed.

If you'd like the forms submitted via your Contact us page to your new Yola Mail mailbox, you will need to review the recipient e-mail address of your form:
  1. Open your website in the Sitebuilder.

  2. Open the page where your contact form is on.

  3. Hover with your mouse over the Form Widget until you see "Edit". Click on this "Edit" link.

  4. The dialogue box of the Form opens. Click on the "Settings" tab to see the current e-mail address to which form submissions get sent to.

  5. Edit this e-mail address and save.

  6. Save your edits and re-publish.

  7. Wait a minute, then reload your website to test the form submission.

The form should now be sent to your new e-mail address.
