My emails are not being delivered to me

Hi my emails have stopped coming through. I have to put in my password in to access and it still won't let me in. My credit card had expired and I have fixed that now with new expiry date on my account. Can you tell me why my emails are not coming through? My website is Many thanks Kevin

Hello Kevin

When you renewed your domain, you unfortunately didn't renew your Yola Mail by checking the Yola Mail check box. We will make this more obvious for users in future. This is why your Yola Mail eventually expired.

What you would need to do now is purchase another Yola Mail mailbox, then let us know that you did so on this thread, and our specialists will add the registration period to your existing mailbox and reinstate it for you.

To purchase a new mailbox please follow these steps:
  1. Go to your Yola Mail page after logging into your Yola account.

  2. Click on "Get an additional mailbox".

  3. Follow the steps to purchase a new mailbox (as per the original steps on activating Yola Mail), but don't set it up, just buy it.
