My Facebook credit is missing.

After doing some research about this and seeing all the complaints it astounds me that this issue hasn't been addressed. The wording on your site is unclear to the point of being misleading regarding how to get the credit - it took a ton of sleuthing to figure out that I needed a code and not just to click a link. Because of this (and following your site's instructions) I was nearly billed through my PayPal account.

Sorry for my tone but this is incredibly frustrating, and the stuff on the site is so misleading I can't help but feel that -- especially given how long this issue has been going -- if it's not intentional, it's at least not being fixed. I see posts from two years ago complaining about the same thing. Between this and my sites loading slowly I'm just about to the point of dropping the service. That isn't some idle customer threat... I just know I could do better in terms of so many things that this is almost a dealbreaker. Give me the credits I was offered as part of signing up for this service, and preferably before Monday so I don't have to wait all weekend.

Thanks.

I'd also like to note that a domain I just registered with a competitor best known for its Super Bowl ads cost me a one-time ten dollars to register, plus three a month for the basic site- and a $50 facebook credit. Wish I'd have done the right thing the first time.

Another thing to note about your totally superior in every way competitor (outside of them not preying on people who don't know any better and conveniently "forgetting" to send the features they promise with purchase) is that they have a 24/7 supporty line, so if I have an issue, I can call and talk to a human instead of typing crap on a third-party forum.

I'm tired of waiting. I want the credits I was promised when I signed up.

Oh, what do you know - within 15 minutes of signing up I have my credit for double the amount offered through Yola for about 6 percent of the monthly charge.

Hi Bloomington,

I see you have been in contact with us direct and that you are waiting for a reply from a specialist who will be able to address your concerns. We apologize for the error with your account and I'm confident we will be able to resolve it shortly. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.

One thing I wanted to note is that if you received Facebook advertising credits from GoDaddy it would invalidate your ability to use the credits included with your Yola account as they are only valid for first time advertisers.
