My file manager won't load either.. it's loading forever, but it won't finish loading.

Temporary glitches happen once in a while, but it's currently not a general problem with Yola. Usually you can sort it out immediately if you close your Yola File Manager, and re-open it to try again.
You can also try these general trouble-shooting steps:
If none of these options solve your problem and it persists, please let us know, and we'll need to investigate on your Yola account what's going on. Thanks.

I am also having this problem. I am also using Firefox, and have tried all Stefan's prescribed solutions, but to no avail.

me as well - I cannnot load - I have been turning the computer off and back on 15 minutes later - emptying my cache all the time - going from Apple to Windows and it is still happening - it doesn't matter if it is on safari - internet explorer - google chrome - firefox on either computer it is all doing the same thing...this has been happening the last few days and now it is getting a lot worse.

it has gotten to the point where I just Re-upload the images i wish to use through the Picture widget. :( sucks

I cannot work anymore as I cannot do anything with my websites thanks...I am going to have a nice refreshing ale and worry about it tomorrow, cheers and good afternoon to you all.

Thanks for your patience. We have released a fix and you can now access your File Manager. Please note this is unrelated to the original issue posted above. It was actually related to a release we did earlier today, so we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

The File Manager is not responding at present - maybe overload from the arrival of Aviary ?

just tried to upload an image from files on one of my websites - took about 10 minutes to do - tried placing a new google map on one of my pages on a website - can't see the finished product on my screen tried publishing it and i am still waiting for it to complete - this is no good at all - I have clients that are screaming for their changes to their websites and I just can't get them done...

Which image file extensions did you try to upload? How large are the image files? How many did you want to upload at the same time? Did you use a widget or the File Manager?
Please provide as much information as possible for us to help you further best.
