Hello,

Do you have any custom code inserted into the header or footer sections of your page?

If so, check whether this is causing any problems by temporarily removing it.

You can try linking the page and sharing the code you are adding to your page here. It's likely an error in the code you are entering into the "Footer Code" area of the "Custom Site Tracking Code" section. It's designed to allow you to add tracking code such as Google Analytics so it could just be what you are adding is outside the scope of what that area supports.

I Cannot add any information in my footer because it appears in the header.

i cannot add anything to the footer of my website, whenever i do it appears in the header section. i post a thread similar to this and the responses did not help. in the past two years i have been putting codes and words in my footer without issues so it must be a problem from yola's upgrade
