My online shop is getting mixed up with another Account !!! why is this happening?

I am managing two different accounts and when I am on my own online shop, as soon as I go to 'Advanced settings' at the bottom right of the screen, it brings up the details of the other account instead of my own!!! How can this be happening?

Hello Robie,

You can check the ID of the Online Store by looking at the ID number of each site Store. If this number is the same it suggests that in fact you are sharing the database. You can separate items to be displayed in different sites by adding site specific categories so that you can then select one category on one store and another on the second store.

It is very common to have multiple sites in the one Yola account sharing the one Online Store subscription and it generally can be easily managed. If you would like specific help on this please leave a message.

I believe I may have responded to you via email. Have you had an opportunity to try clearing the cache in your browser to see if this helps? Please always be sure to do this between visiting each store to ensure you're seeing the correct version of the store you wish to edit.
