My website is down. It was working this morning but now is a dead link. It says that the server is not working when you try to go to the page. It is urgent that our webpage gets up and working again immediately as this is the host of our applications for a team that has a deadline of tomorrow.

Hi Jenna

Please post the link to your site so that we can investigate. We would like to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible given the urgency, but are unable to provide further information without looking at the site in question.

Hi Jenna

Your site is live for me. Please go to this link: http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ - put in your URL and let us know the result. It should confirm that the site is up.

This could be an issue at an ISP level as we are aware of a number of customers in North America who are having problems, although they appear to be isolated. However, I do want to reassure you that your site is live and that although you can't access it right now, others can.

My site is down, as well!!!! In the middle of editing it, I get a message window stating "Error: unable to register page. sys_id is undefined." I tried reloading the page I was working on, but got the same thing. So I logged out and back in, on the My Yola fine, clicked on my site to get back into Sitebuilder and the same messages appeared. All the changes I made are saved, thank goodness, and I hope....but they're unpublished since I hadn't completed my work! I can't consider a Silver account if Yola can't secure a free one......PLEASE FIX NOW!!!!!! This is a repeated issue and should've been loooooong repaired by now!!!!

I already took the suggestion you gave Jenna above...my result was: "It's just you. http://www.fractalsbykitala.com is up."

But, and just so you know, it's not my internet connection or ISP.....or ABC....all check and function as normal. It's only when I try to enter my site and Sitebuilder....

Hi Kitala,

Fractalsbykitala.com is up for us as well. I'm unsure how you can confirm that you are not experiencing an upstream network problem when you are able to verify using a third party service that your website is in fact up.

Regarding the error you received, I suspect you encountered an unrelated error due to a release we performed. I'm sorry for the unfortunate timing, but I do feel confident in assuring you we do not have an ongoing issue as you indicated.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing a problem.
