My pages load terriblely in internet explorer and fine in mozilla and chrome.

So Yola says there isn't a problem with my site!!!!

Now I have a new issue and it is this!

I open my market place page in Mozilla and it looks fine! Screen shot provided for you to see.

So I go to internet Explorer and My site looks like crap Scree shot provided:

Why are these issue happening Yola, Yesterday it was fatal flaws for opening my pow wow trail page. Called support blamed indexing issues yet never had any issue until. Now today I look on my market place and it looks terrible. It seems since I paid for your product I have been getting more problems! What is it and can you give me a real answer instead of blaming google bing, internet explorer or something else. Actually try to help me resolve these issue. I am becoming more and more disappointed with your platform and services and am considering dumping yola.

I do have all updated versions of explorer, mozilla chrome and java etc so that is not an issue for me or my employees computers as it is the same for their computers as well.

I'm sorry that you've been frustrated with your Yola website. I have checked your live site in Firefox 16 and Internet Explorer 9, and your market place page displays (alomost) the same way in both browsers for me. Here is the IE9 screenshot for your reference:



Some elements are not displayed or displayed differently, such as your Social Media side bar, and borders around linked images. This is indeed beyond Yola's control and due to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately Internet Explorer has been interpreting certain codes differently from other browsers, and we can't change this. Please note that this is a general problem with Internet Explorer for a lot of website creators.

When I look at your Yola website, I can see that you've added a lot of custom code to your pages. Custom code can sometimes cause errors, e.g. if it's invalid or incomplete code or if it interferes with the code we use for the Sitebuilder. Unfortunately we haven't got the capacity to analyse your custom code in order to find a possible cause for the issues you are experiencing, and I'm afraid that we cannot support you much with custom code added to your Yola website.

While Yola allows you to use custom code for your Yola website additionally, Yola is designed to mainly use our powerful Widgets for creating your site.
