The problem is that the 60px font size of your Page Heading is too large for the Page Heading area, so that it overlaps some of the navigation links which will then not take to the different pages any more because they melt into the home page link.
I have created a test page on your website named "Test Page" (don't worry, this page is not in your navigation, and you can delete that page at any time). I reduced the size of your Page Heading to 48px which seems to be the maximum to make sure that all your navigation links stay clickable to take to the respective page of your site.
If you want to keep the size of 60px, a workaround would be to either edit your Site CSS by upgrading to Yola Silver or adding your Page Heading as an image which is generally recommendable for browser(s) (versions) that may struggle to display the custom font you use for the Page Heading.
