Hello Shawna,

Do you have a web-reference to your slide show code?
If not then can you paste the code here on this forum and wrap it in < code > your code here< /code > (Please remove the spaces before the closing angle bracket and after the opening angle bracket. I needed to publish it with the spaces to prevent the forum from interpreting the code).

It actually works if I use my google chrome browser, it just does not work for IE8! Thank you so much though. Is there any way to get it to work for IE8?

Hello Shawna,

This is a known issue with IE8. It can be resolved by adding some code.
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-COMPATIBLE" content="IE=EmulateIE7">

If you have a Yola Silver subscription then you can add this to your header tracking. Always worthwhile trying this on a test site first as the tracking facility has no error detection or capture so you do need to be very sure your addition is 100% compliant.

People using IE 8 can click on "compatibility" to enable their local ability to see iframes but this is not a good way to do it as it just throws a task back on the user. The script is an automatic function.

Finally the option for your site to check if a users browser is in fact IE 8 and if so they can be advised that the iframe won't work through their browser.
