Hi Bill,

It looks as if you have added some custom HTML to your web page, and that this code was invalid, thus breaking your page. Could you please let us know whether you have added some custom HTML, and how many pages you added it to.

I have made this error before and I had to re-create the pages. But I was able to continue editing the page, just that the corrupted HTML Widgets were missing off of the page. I would like to confirm what clicking on "ok" does for you.

It may not be possible to recover your page(s), maybe the Yola staff have more to mention on here.

And I would suggest that you remove your email address from your post (you can edit the post). If you would like to send your query direct to the staff at Yola, you can send an email (with the info I have suggested) to: This is probably your best option.

Best of luck,

Hello Bill

I apologize for the delay. I have fixed up your site for you. Your iframe code was missing a / in the closing iframe tag.

Please let us know if you still have troubles.

I have the same problem too. I try face2face chat widget and put it on the right sidebar. Now, my sitebuilder won't load. I think it is safe to try any widget on the right Yola sitebuilder. Maybe you can remove that widget for me. I don't need that, I just want to try. I don't publish yet so my page still ok. Please help :(
