my site cant be found on yola

purchased the silver memebership then registerd my site with yola and now i cant find it in my yola site profiles did i get ripped
off?

Hi Cody,

I'd say almost certainly not ripped Cody. Of course mistakes happen but generally they are user errors.

You said that you have registered your site with Yola. Is that your web-domain? if so did you buy the domain from Yola or have you transferred or pointed it from another provider? {A transfer will take 2 weeks to go through and a pointing maybe up to 72 hours but generally within an hour.}

If you have purchased a domain from Yola but as yet have not published anything to it, then I'm not sure if it's sitting quietly in the wings waiting to link to your site. Yola staff will be able to advise you regarding this.

As Gop said, we can definitely clear this up for you. What happens most often is that people create more than one account with us, and then forget which one has the site they are looking for or which one they upgraded.

I can see that you have a support case open with us. The problem is that the email address you are contacting us with does not have a published site or an upgraded account. If you have multiple email addresses or signed up for more than one Yola account this would be the first thing to check.

All we have to do is a quick search and we can have you on the right track. Just let us know the domain name of your site, and we can sort this out. Alternatively, forward us the receipt for your Silver upgrade and that will also help us to locate your account.

You didn't get ripped off, and we are here to help sort this out!
