My site editor is not working!

When I go to the editor of my site I cannot add test to the widget, nor can I add a widget, if I try the whole page freezes and I have to refresh page. I tried to contact support from the regular web site and it appears thats not working either. Never recieved a confirmation e-mail.

Hi TerryL,

I'm really sorry to hear you are having trouble with this, I can understand that it must be frustrating. I have just tested the support form from the customer support page of our website and it seems to be working as it should. Let's see if we can get the issue with your Sitebuilder fixed up. Can you try the following suggestions and then give it another try with adding widgets to your site:

1. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

2. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

3. Please check to see that you have the latest version of Flash installed, for more information please click here: Version Test for Adobe Flash Player.

Please let us know how this goes for you. I am also going to look through our customer support emails to see if what you sent us has arrived.
