My site expired after paying. Please Help!

I just paid for a year of domain service a few days ago, yet I received an email today saying that my custom domain name has expired. I had to used a relatives credit card, as I do not have one. So I am thinking there was probably some conflict with my profile data not matching the Credit Card info? Is there a customer service line I can call or a direct email I can use to talk to getting my website back up. I really need it for business.

Please, any advice you can give would be helpful. I need to get my site back up ASAP.

Hi Christopher,

Did you receive a receipt for your payment a few days ago? If so then I'm thinking the second bill was for your hosting rather than your domain or vice versa.

The hosting plan's price is dependant on the subscription but the domain price is about $12. Does this fit?

Hi Christopher,

I see that both your domain and hosting subscriptions are current now. We separated hosting and domain subscriptions last year. Sorry for any confusion that may have caused.

Looks like my site is back up and running. I actually paid again today, and changed my account name to reflect the name of the card holder. Maybe the first payment, a few days ago, just didn't go through.

Thank you for your response!
