I have not changed anything in a very long time, the last few weeks I have had many complaints. It takes forever to load but seems to work fine after loading.
Should I post my web address up? Thank you

Hello Jason,

If you can post your adress it can be checked remotely from various locations and inspected for likely issues

Hi Jason,

I was unable to find an account for the email address associated with the forum so I do need you to reply with your website address to assist you further.

Offhand it could be any number of issues such as image optimization, bad HTML code or too much content.

Once we see your site we should be able to help.

I also had no problem and your links to your MLS are also very quick and responsive.

Are the complaints you received all coming from people on the same network?

I am getting the same complaints from customers....The internal pages are timing out. You can get to the home page just fine but click on any link and the site doesnt respond.

My web address is

www.syrenshipmodelcompany.com

I forgot to mention that it seems to be only the pages that have the online store on them. Thats the most important part of the site....

Hello Chuck,

I tried some of your pages and although it didn't time-out it in fact crashed my browser...twice.

i did a couple of things to prevent this and then tried again. I think the issue is with your images , not the store products), but rather some of your page images. They are very big some being close to 500 Kb. That combined with the store loading maybe the issue.

Suggest that you compress your page images to typically 20 to 30 Kb as they are small canvases and there's no advantage in having such large files sizes. That will speed up your page load times and possibly stop the time-out response for viewers.

Great site by the way.
