Hey guys,

My site is showing under WhoIs searches and I'm a silver member... it's a .net domain (I actually own two).

Is there a way to reverse this? Thanks...

Hi Dan,

I presume you mean that your personal details are seen on a whois query? You can set these to private whereby your identity is not displayed but details of the domain will still be.

If you purchased the domains through Yola then you can pay an additional fee for privacy. I think it's ~ $10 per year per domain. It's not linked to your hosting but it's domain specific.

I would send an email to support@yola.com advising them of your need, Dan. You can give them details of your domain and Yola ccount details and they will get back to you with the procedure to follow.

I don't know how to do this independently after purchase so I'm sorry that I can't give you the magic bullet to do this instantly. Yola I'm sure will respond to you within 24 hours.

Gop is right, Dan. Please do as he advised, and we will see what we can do for you with regard to adding Domain Privacy. Please make sure to e-mail us from the e-mail address that you use for your Yola account. Thanks.
