My site isn't showing!

I have problems viewing my site: www.eaglepassdaily.com, it's been like this for a few minutes now.

Hi Kershnee -
I have about 7 sites with Yola and 3 of them are commercial and I am paying ads to boost traffic to them... any indication of how long this will take? I am seriously losing money while the server is down.

We understand that and I assure you that we take this as seriously as you can imagine. We are aware that people have business sites with us, so we regard this as an absolute emergency. Our engineers are speaking to our hosting provider right now.

its not been a good week for Yola - what are you guys doing? you've had about a years worth of your normal down time in a week.

I love Yola and im always the first to compliment you, this however is just not good enough, i really hope you sort out the root of these issues soon.

You are right Lee. This has been one of our worst weeks. We appreciate your support and we fully agree that this is not good enough. All I can tell you is that our engineers are monitoring the service 24 hours a day and doing all in their power to address the underlying cause. However, the current downtime is unrelated to the previous ones. A very unfortunate coincidence.

Our hosting provider seems to be having network problems at the moment. The last time we had a problem like this, we were the victim of a Distributed Denial of Service attack, which was quickly resolved by our hosting provider, and we are confident we will be back online soon.

I am still waiting for my site to show up, it has been two days and all I get is a blank white screen.

I'm sorry that you have not yet gotten back into your site. Can you try clearing your cache in your browser and then logging back in? Also, if this does not work, can you try a different browser or a different computer to see if this rectifies the problem? I'm sure that we will help you get back into your site.
