I already have my domain name with LCN. I've followed the steps to set up two A records pointing to Yola. I did this differently several times from various instructions i found different thraeds as i couldn't get it working, it eventually said it was pointing to yola. I published it to the web, i have a green light on the site builder page but when i type in the domain name it just comes up with a holding page! The address is www.iard.co.uk

Hello Angela

I'm sorry to hear that it has been a frustrating process to get your site published to your domain name.

When I look up your domain's settings, I see that you have only one A Record pointing to Yola.

Please make sure you have 2 A records set up. If you would like your domain to work correctly with the "www" prefix you need to make sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix. For this you need to set up two A-records:

* Some domain registrars require one A Record with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www".
* Other domain registrars allow you to create one hostname called "domain.com" and another "www" (replace "domain" with your own address).
* Both should point to our IP address: 208.75.208.172.
