If you need support from Yola please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
i have published and pointed my site to a domain i have already own, but the site give an error that you are unauthorized to view this site contact site administrator. so i want you to give me more knowledge on how to fix this problem.
When I look up your domain's settings, I see that you have one A Record pointing to Yola and another pointing to: 188.8.131.52
Please make sure you have 2 A records set up. If you would like your domain to work correctly with the "www" prefix you need to make sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix. For this you need to set up two A-records:
* Some domain registrars require one A Record with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www".
* Other domain registrars allow you to create one hostname called "domain.com" and another "www" (replace "domain" with your own address).
* Both should point to our IP address: 184.108.40.206.
