I have gotten a new site on Yola with a diffrent account. My current account was hacked before but i somehow got it back. I started the old site when yola was still synthasite. Is there any way that my old site, www.angels-wings.synthasite.com can be shut down by an admin for my new site, www.awva.yolasite.com?

Any help would be great!

Hi Zach,

You can unpublish the site and shut the account down that has that site in it if you would like; you will just need to login to the account using the email address and password you used when signing up for the account. If you don't have the login details for that account you can email us at support@yola.com and we can tell you the email address you used when signing up.

To delete your site:

1. Log in to your account and open the site in the Site Builder
2. Cilck on the Site Manager Tab. You will see three buttons directly below the Site Manager tab: "rename site", "edit menu" and "delete site".
3. Click on the "delete site" button. A window will pop up, asking you to confirm that you wish to delete your site.
4. Click "Ok".
5. A window will then pop up asking you to type in "delete" to confirm.

Your site will then be deleted.

To delete your account:

1. Log into your account.
2. On the "My Sites" page click on the link that says "Edit Profile".
3. Click on "Delete my account", this is a red box on the right hand side of your screen.
4. Click on "OK" and your account details, and any sites you created, will be permanently deleted from our system.

Kind Regards,
Emmy
