Just now (in the last few minootas, in fact), attempts to access my account are repeatedly being met by the "500/Internal Server Error" alert message.

(To aid in server debugging, I am using the combi of Mozilla Firefox 4.0.1 in WindowsXP Professional, Service Pack 3, on a cable-modem connexion.)

I too am experiencing the INternal 500 serrver error when attempting to log into My Yola. This is as of 3:00 PM EDT.

Thanks for the followup report. We understood this issue to be resolved but our engineers have now alerted us that there are some ongoing issues. They are hard at work on this and we will update you here when we know more. Apologies for the frustration and inconvenience.
