When I log in to my account, my sites list wont show up. It just keeps saying Loading sites. I try logging in and out all the time but nothing worked. Also the my.yola.com/actions/login/ page wont work so i keep having to go to my.yola.com instead.

Hi Ayman,

I'm sorry to hear this is happening - could you post your site's URL so that I can take a look? Could you also let us know what browser and version you are using? (Eg. Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3 etc).

There are a few steps you can try on your side:
1. Make sure you are logging in from www.yola.com.
2. Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
3. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro...
4. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: http://www.google.com/cookies.html
5. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: http://www.google.com/support/websear...
6. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
7. Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.

The website is http://sum1.yolasite.com/ and I'm running on Firefox 3.6.3. I tried it on my Internet Explorer 8. It did show up the site but when the sitebuilder came up it just kept saying Opening page... not allowing me to edit or interact with my site. The same thing happened on my laptop downstairs. Although i was running on Firefox 3.6.4, it just kept saying Opening page... it happened with all my pages both on my flatscreen and my laptop. The only thing I haven't tried is on my laptop loading the site with my Internet Explorer 7. I will try that as soon as possible. Both my PC's are Windows Vista.

Hi Ayman,

Thank you for posting your URL. Your site does load on my side, however, I think there may be some code that you've added that is affecting your page. Unfortunately I'm no expert when it comes to code that has been added, so I'm going to ask one of my colleagues to take a look and come back to you.

Hi Ayman,

Sorry for the delayed response. I think the following piece of code on your page is causing this issue:

<html>
<head>
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">
alert("Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. Welcome to my site. ")
</script>
</head>
</html>
<font face="Tahoma"><span style="font-size: 8pt; text-decoration: none"></span></a></font>

This code is on your homepage. I would suggest removing this code. Would you like me to remove the code for you?
