I renewed my subscription last week, but my sites are down and have been for at least the past three days. What else to I need to do to make my sites active?

Hello Larkin,

Are your domains still active? If you don't know then if you can tell us the domain names it's easy to check remotely using a whois query.

Hi larkin,

Both domains expired on 24th August.

You should resubscribe fairly quickly before they become inaccessible

Hi Larkin,

Wondering if you renewed your hosting plan as distinct from your domains? Domains and Hosting are now separate charges and paid for separately since December last year.

Domains are approx $12 per year and the hosting plan charge depends on the type you have selected (Bronze or Silver).

The Yola people will clarify this with you when they are back on deck.

Hi Larkin,

I have taken a look at your account and I can confirm Gop's suspicion that you renewed your Bronze hosting plan on 2012-08-26, but you have not renewed your custom domains. We separated our hosting and domain payments late last year specifically to help benefit members like you who have multiple custom domains. Previously hosting and domains were bundled together which meant you were paying $34.95 per domain. Our new pricing structure allows you to renew your .com domains for $11.95 each, a substantial savings even when you factor in the $23 Bronze renewal fee. You can see our original announcement here.

Please let me know if you have any further renewal questions!
