My text links are blue and they won't change...how do I change it to a different color?

When I made links on some of the text on my site it changed it permanently to the color blue..how can I change this? and also would like to remove the hoover highlights on my menu text as well How can I go about that?

Hello annmarie,

may I ask first what browser you are using and the style of the template.
I had the same experience two days ago and it's now OK. I can tell you what I did but I think it's browser specific.

What are hoover highlights??

the link colour is easy - if you want to change the hover properties you will have to add a section. (ask someone else, Boomers the expert)
