Hi. My web address (published) is www.stjohnsfarnworth.co.uk but on looking at it, I'm redirected to http://208.75.208.172/ which just gives me the 'your domain is pointing to Yola' screen. When I type in stjohnsfarnworth.co.uk (missing the www), I'm taken to the site correctly! Please help me to point www.stjohnsfarnworth.co.uk to my site Yola!! I've already sent an email to Marije on this one, but need my site to work - is there any other support staff who could help? Apparently it's a known bug in Yola which only happens with .co.uk domains. My A records are set up correctly and am using namesco as Domain Registrar. I've cleared my browser cache but it doesn't make any difference. The screen I'm presented with is attached. HELP!!!!

Hello pscowcroft,

I do see that your site is published and working as it should! Here is a link: http://stjohnsfarnworth.co.uk/; I will also attach a screen shot of what I am seeing. Can you let us know if this is not what you are seeing.

Hi Emmy - thanks for your response. I need it to open up as www.stjohnsfarnworth.co.uk (with the WWW at the beginning) as that's how our website address is published publicly. One of your colleagues helped me on a similar issue last month with another site where you needed to make a change so that the 'www' bit showed at the beginning of the web address - apparently it's a bug in Yola with .co.uk sites. If you copy and paste www.stjohnsfarnworth.co.uk into your browser, you don't see the site! Please can you arrange it so that the public can put www at the beginning of the web address and still see the published site as it should be? Thankyou.

Hello pscowcroft,
Yes, we can help you with this if you email support@yola.com. However, there is currently a 301 permanent redirect in place for your domain, so that when someone goes to www.stjohnsfarnworth.co.uk, they will be automatically redirected to stjohnsfarnworth.co.uk. This needs to be done in any case, because one of the versions (www or non www) needs to be the primary. So, you can either keep it as it is, without the www, or email us and we can assist with getting the www added to your domain making the www version the primary, in which case the non www version will 301 redirect to it.

I hope that information helps, please email us if you would like your primary changed.
