My web site is not working at all

I have two domains: www.idospeakspanish.com and www.idospeakprogram.com. The www.idospeakspanish.com is working well, but www.idospeakprogram.com is not working at all. Would you help me telling me what is happening with that site?

I did see idospeakprogram.com working fine yesterday, and I do not today, which suggests it's not necessarily a similar issue to the DDOS one, but it's hard to know for sure until you try that fix and see if it works.

Good news! One of our awesome engineers was able to get this fixed up for you. I can now see your site.



If you cannot see your site, then probably what's happening is since Yola has changed our IP address, your domain settings are currently propagating across the internet. As a result, this is why your website is currently not visible to you. This process can take a few hours (Usually around 2 but can take up to 24 hours). However, others will be able to view your published site.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. After 24 hours and you are still not able to view your site, please now try clearing the cache in your browser. Here's info on how to do this: Clear Cache. Please let us know if you still can't see your site after this time.
