My website hosted by Yola is down. I can also not access the Yola Log-In page. A client of mine who is at another computer and network can also not access my website. Help! I am a Yola Silver client in Namibia, which number should I phone for support?

I am based in Namibia and able to open all other browsers/websites. I have just been contacted by a client saying that Yola is down. I checked and both my own website which is hosted by Yola as well as the Yola log-in site is down. Please help! Also, I am not finding a telephone number to phone on any of the Yola emails that reached me in the past. Can anyone help with a telephone number. I am on Yola Silver.

I too am having this issue! I reported it 24 hours ago and still not had a reply... if they are going to say working hours then I might end up moving because... the internet does NOT have working hours. Fix your stuff, fix your customer care!

Hello Hannelie

I remember that you have asked our Support for the telephone number of our Yola Call Centre before. Please refer to your older thread where you will find our telephone number in Adrian's last response.

You can check online for free if a website is down for everyone, or just for you or some people here: http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

Hello Leon

I'm sorry for the delay due to our Christmas holiday break. I hope for your understanding that a support team which consists of human beings and offers support of an award-winning quality will always have working hours and take a well-deserved break at a time of the year when everyone else does.

We're currently not experiencing any downtime. As a general trouble-shooting step, can you please first clear your cache and cookies and see if that helps at all?

If the problem persists on your side, can you please let me know the domain name of the website which you cannot open, and which operating system, browser and version you are using?

Have you tried in different browsers and on different computers?

Hello Moneytolk,

I replied to you in another thread and as I mentioned there, I am happy to assist you. We agree fully it is our job to ensure member can access their websites but the reasons you may be experiencing a problem can vary greatly. Without your specific website address I am unable to troubleshoot this for you. Posting the same complaint to multiple threads is considered SPAM so we request you work with us on one topic.

Many thanks!
Laura
