My Website is offline

In May I received an email stating my Yola needed renewing or my site would go offline, I phoned up Customer Services paid for 2 years and changed the Domain name,My website is now offline and I have left a message and a email this afternoon, please could you tell me what I can do to resolve this?

Hi Adrian, Thank you for calling me back, unfortunately, I didnt receive your message until late last night, I have tried ringing this morning on the number you have given, but it says it states to call back at 12 noon, so I will try then,

I couldnt get through today, I think I worked out that the issue is because I needed to upgrade, so I paid for silver today, but My website still not working, Any ideas?

Chances are it was cached on your browser. Are you able to see it now? If not, can you please reply with your site address so we can take a look for you?

Thank you Laura, I have been able to view it on my Laptop and at on my work PC, so I think it is now resolved,
