My website is offline no one is helping

My website is offline and has been for over a month. I've contacted support and tried to reach you guys with no response or help. Can someone ease fix this issue. It is on your end and I can't control this

I am very sorry about this. I was not able to trace any support emails from you using the email address associated with your Yola account. Did you perhaps use a different email to write to us?

The reason that your sites are offline is that you need to verify your domains with ICANN. For more information, see this tutorial: Verifying Contact Details for ICANN Verification.

Notification emails would have been sent to your email address to inform you of this new policy, which is something that ICANN introduced recently and which all domain registrars must abide by. If you did not receive these emails please let us know and we can resend them for you.

Hi thanks for your reply. How long should I have to wait for it to work after doing this. It still does not work
