Hello Sother Kat,

It would be very helpful to know the domain name of your website so that we can investigate further.

Kind Regards,

My site is running very slow and is having trouble displaying images. This problem seems to keep reoccuring with Yola and really needs sorting out once and for all!

Hi everyone,

We were experiencing unusually high loads on our servers which our engineers were mitigating as fast as possible. This should be resolved now. Please let us know if you are still experiencing difficulties. Please let us know your domain names so we can investigate them. Thanks!

Then buy more server space and do not wait until you are maxed out to do this.If this keeps happening Yola will start losing customers in droves. You know I love Yola but this is not acceptable.

This is a real worry. With Yola in an imminent phase of releasing their e-com module which, if successful, will cause a real step up in the calls on their servers. Creators of such sites will be gutted and furious if then customers can't get to their sites in very fast times.

Yola has to get over their recent attitude of "wait and see" and "quick fixes" and crisis management and rather be very proactive in areas of service and serviceability. Customers are king and they will vote with their feet if service isn't offered.

Hi All,

We understand your concerns and this particular problem was solved. Which is why it was marked as such.

We do have sufficient server space but we experienced 10X our usual traffic load. This, as you can imagine, was not expected and we dealt with it as soon as possible.

If you at any stage have issues with site availability, please don't hesitate to contact us.
