My website wont work :-(

When I go to type in my web address, the page appears to try and connect and then comes back with the following error message:

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

•Internet connectivity has been lost.
•The website is temporarily unavailable.
•The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
•The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

Please help! I'm loosing customers as a result!

Hi Ellen
Log in to you domain registrar and re-point the A records to 184.72.229.176, your site should work then!

You may have to wait a few hours for it to propagate, and try clearing your browser's cache

Hi Ellen,
I'm sorry to hear you are still having some trouble with this. This could be due to caching if you just made the change. Can you tell us your domain name and we can check it out.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Ellen, just try to bring your site up on a different computer that hasn't accessed your site, and you will see it too!
