My Yola account supposedly "no longer exists".

I created a Yola account, and was very happy with the results of my website development until an hour ago, when I attempted to login again, only to receive an error message that said that "your account does not exist". I have spent days developing this website, and am more than a little frustrated that Yola has apparently lost my account info. Can somebody please look into this and find out what happened?

Hi Fariba,

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Can you please check the following:

* Check that you typed the right email address and password. Typing mistakes can happen.
* Have you forgotten your password? If so, you can recover it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link below the login boxes in the top right hand corner. An email will be sent to you that will allow you to reset your password.
* You might have typed in the incorrect email when you created your account. Did you receive a verification email and a welcome email? If not, chances are that you typed your email address incorrectly when you signed up.

If you continue to have problems with this, please let me know.

Dear Kershnee,
Thank you for your response. I don't mean to be rude, but checking the spelling of my username and password is, of course, the very first thing that anyone would do who has received the error that I received. Of course that is not the problem. I have attempted the login on multiple computers, as well, with no difference. The problem is not with a simple misspelling on my part of a username or password - the problem is on Yola's part somehow. Can you look into this, please?

I agree, typing errors is never the reason I can't login to an account, I'll sometimes type one letter at a time just so I know it was typed right.

Hello Fariba,

Can you email us at and provide us with the following information so we can search our database for your account:

1. The name you would have used to sign up.
2. The name of the site you created.
3. If your site is published, the URL of the site.
4. Any other possible email addresses you may have used to sign up.

We will get this worked out for you.

Kind Regards,
