Hi my domain name is currently registered with yola but I have recently hosted my new website over at 123-reg. I changed the DNS settings at "my yola" and my web address http://www.lahomacakes.co.uk should now point to my new site at 123-reg.

all was fine and running smoothly for the past 5 weeks but today, out of the blue it no longer seems to work. instead I get a message:

"Your domain is pointing to Yola!
Now you just need to publish your site and you're done!

Log into your account and open your site in the Sitebuilder.
If your site is unpublished, click on "Publish to the web" and then choose "I already own my domain name". Follow the steps until your site is published.
If your site is published to a subdomain, click on the down-arrow next to "Publish to the web" to open the Publishing Settings and publish your site to a domain you already own.
Any other questions? Click here to Get Help!"

what can I do to correct this?

Thank you for any help

Hello Andrew

Can you please check your domain settings again? However, when I navigate to the URL you posted, I'm getting this website which seems to be built with a different provider:

Is that what you expect to see?

Hello Andrew

Everyone in our Support team and I (some of us from a different internet network) don't see the Yola page you posted, but your website which I posted above.

Please clear your cache and cookies. If that doesn't help, please try in a different browser, or on a different computer.

I have also tried to view the site from two different laptops, three different browsers and also tried clearing browser history just incase this was causing some problem. On one occasion about 20 mins ago it did find the site but after refreshing the screen it went never to be seen again, just the above screen......?

Hello Andrew

It's possible that there was a temporary technical glitch four hours ago when you first posted. Your website is still for up for all of us, and we're even in different places of the world.

Another reason could be that your internet provider/your network has cached the Yola page, so the safest way to check that would be to try from a friend's computer or internet café.

From our side there is no technical issue or wrong domain settings, so everything should be working fine.
