no it is still down and it has nothing to do with my cookies etc - as I was in yola 2 days ago on all different browsers. I have not been able to work all day and I can never get into the support centers to speak to someone either as all it says all the time is I have called out of the working hours and to call back but when I call back I get the same recorded message - so not impressed with this...

so all of a sudden it is working again - it had been down for more than 14 hours here in Australia - fantastic - what a waste of a day...

Sawasdee khrawp venerable Shuvash Barua,

I suspect that with the new rules of the registration authority, ICANN, you need to validate your domain ownership and details with the authority. This ruling has only come in recently. I can see that the domain is currently registered and is so until BE 2558 but the information doesn't advise the validation status.

Please see the instruction: Updating your domain registration details

There are further details in this thread: I am not able to access my website due to the ICANN changes

Hello Shuvash

Gop's assumption is correct. Your domain has been suspended by ICANN because of their new confirmation policy. Please follow the steps of the tutorial Gop linked to. If you need any assistance with this, please let us know.
