My yolasite sub domain is not redirecting to my domain

hello yolas, I have a problem setting my domain which I purchased from out side to primary domain. even though I set it as primary domain in advanced domain setting it works for at least one hour then it goes back again. actually my domain works fine, but I have a problem with my yola sub domain.I want my sub domain to redirect my visitors to my domain too. what should I do? please help. Thank you.

Could you tell me what your domain and subdomain is so that I can investigate further?

you have to set your domain (not subdomain) to the primary domain in advanced settings in yola. Maybe someone can explain how to do that.

after posting my question I reset my domain as primary domain for the 3rd time. It seems to work fine since then. but I am not sure for how long it will work as I face the same problem again and again.this is my subdomain and domain.

Hello bashabiru,

I'm glad this seems to be worked out, but I am sorry you have been struggling with it. I have taken a look at your domain settings and the URLs and everything appears to be in the proper order. If this happens to you again (where the subdomain is not re-directing to the custom domain) can you please leave the settings in place and email us at support@yola.com so we can take a closer look at the problem.

Again, we're sorry for any inconvenience and will definitely work to sort it out if you have further troubles.
