Hello Jacqueline

Jeremy responded to your e-mail request yesterday. Please try the steps he provided, and let me know if you're experiencing any problems. I'll also be happy to add the nameservers for you if needed. Thanks.

Hi where did Jeremy respond? I haven't received an email. Could you please update the name servers for me?
It would be greatly appreciated

Hello Jacqueline

He responded to the same e-mail you used to contact us.

Before I change the nameservers for you: I've noticed that there is still a Yola website in your account which is published to the domain fmopportunity.biz. When I change the nameservers of your domain, your Yola website will be unpublished. Please confirm if you want me to go ahead.

Okay. Sorry, I forgot to mention that I will need the IP addresses for each of the nameservers as well. Just post them on this thread, and I will add them for you.

Hello Jacqueline

When I try to add the new nameservers, I get an error message saying that ns25.shoppepro.com doesn't exist at the registry. Can you please check with your other provider if the nameservers you posted are really correct?

Hello Jacqueline

I'm sorry if this process took a bit longer than expected. We received an error message, so there were some things we had to check and change first. Your nameservers have now been added successfully. Please give it 30 min for the changes to become effective. I'd be very pleased if I could convince you to stay with Yola. If you have any questions or problems, we're always here to help.

If you still wish to cancel your Yola account, please send us an e-mail from your login e-mail, using our Contact Support Form.

Hello Jacqueline

We reverted your domain settings back to Yola's settings a few hours ago. The changes can take up to 48 hours to take effect, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

I'm afraid that changing these settings is not something that can be switched to and back in minutes. When you're about to make changes to these settings in your My Yola, you'll get a warning message to make sure you're aware of the process.

Please let us know, should your settings not have reverted to the default Yola settings after the given timeframe, and we'll be happy to further assist you with this.
