I have recently purchased a .gr domain name.

In the control panel of the domain account there is 2 options... 1. is webforwarding (which is not what i want to do) and the other is name servers. I'm used to the DNS setings of my own domain registar company but they (like Yola) dont do .gr's

This is what it says in the name server section...
Please insert the nameservers that your webhosting company provided you. If you wish to create your own nameservers, insert them at the following fields and click 'Continue'. At the next page you will be asked to insert the nameservers IPs

Help please!

Hi Lee

Can you tell me who the registrar is? My first suggestion is to search their help files or contact support to find out if they give the option of creating an A record. Name servers will not work.

If they do not have this option, the next move is to use a third party service for DNS management, such as ZoneEdit. ZoneEdit will allow you to use their name servers and you can then point your domain to their site. However, before we get into this, let's make double sure that the registrar for your .gr domain does not give the option to create an A record.
